Rise Manly will return in 2026, with Northern Beaches Council announcing a 10-day celebration of winter to be held from 19 to 28 June.

Rise Manly will return in 2026, with Northern Beaches Council announcing a 10-day celebration of winter to be held from 19 to 28 June. Council said the event is being delivered in partnership with the Manly Business Chamber, following what it described as the success of last year’s program. The program is set to run across The Corso, surrounding laneways and the beachfront, with council saying the precinct will include live music, winter-themed menus and light projections. Northern Beaches Mayor Sue Heins said she was pleased to see the event return, saying: “The program was such a success last year and there are plans to build on this popularity with more surprises including a Ferris wheel.” “Rise Manly is a fantastic showcase of what our community can achieve when we come together,” the mayor said. Mayor Heins said the event is intended to support local businesses while also providing residents and visitors with activities across the Manly precinct. Council said Manly’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, fitness and wellness businesses will be teaming up to deliver a range of special events and experiences during the 10 days.
