Dee Why Surf Life Saving Club is looking to expand its sponsor base, saying business support plays a key role in sustaining the club’s community assets and backing its work on the beach. On its sponsors page, the club says community engagement is vital and that sponsorship is “significant” in helping maintain what it describes as local initiatives, including its lifesaving role. The club is pitching sponsorship as a two-way arrangement, suggesting businesses and organisations that contribute can also build meaningful connections with the Northern Beaches community. Dee Why SLSC also links sponsorship to its ability to “help save lives on the beach”, positioning funding as part of what underpins local patrols and the broader support structures around surf lifesaving. A number of existing sponsors are listed, including Advantage Healthcare Support, described as an NDIS-registered provider delivering disability support services, aged care and home nursing services across NSW and the Gold Coast.
