Warringah Rugby Club is looking to attract more local business sponsors, saying new partnerships will help fund its rugby programs across the Northern Beaches and support continued investment in player development.

Warringah Rugby Club is looking to attract more local business sponsors, saying new partnerships will help fund its rugby programs across the Northern Beaches and support continued investment in player development. The club, based in the area since 1964, says its mission is to run an all-inclusive organisation that “celebrates diversity” and caters for all levels of ability. In its sponsorship pitch, Warringah Rugby says its playing base includes more than 100 registered senior players, 100 under-20s (colts), 50 women, and more than 1,000 juniors — boys and girls — competing across age groups and grades. The club says sponsor funding supports a “long-term approach to success” through continued investment in high-performance programs for both male and female players, alongside upgrades to amenities intended to help develop junior, colts, grade and representative players. Warringah Rugby also says it aims to add a broader suite of support services and resources, including specialised coaching, psychological and physiological support, welfare programs, strength and conditioning, and additional rugby-specific training options such as camps, junior academies and a dedicated sevens...
