Five Sea Eagles academy students join NRL high-performance program as training interns at Penn Centre of Excellence

Five students from the Sea Eagles Sports Business Academy have been brought into the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles’ NRL football program as Performance & Training Coordinator interns, working across the training week at the Penn Centre of Excellence.
Five students from the Sea Eagles Sports Business Academy have been brought into the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles’ NRL football program as Performance & Training Coordinator interns, working across the training week at the Penn Centre of Excellence. The students — Elliot McKenzie, Josh Irving, Ally Bullman, Tim Wilson and Jackson Hill — are working alongside Manly’s High Performance staff and contributing to the preparation and delivery of sessions. Their duties span practical support roles, including organising equipment and helping with session set-up, as well as assisting across gym and nutrition operations. NRL Coaching & Leadership Manager Aaron Greaves said he was instrumental in bringing the students on board, noting he had introduced similar opportunities in previous roles in the AFL. “We are very fortunate to have such a high calibre of people involved in the dual diploma program who have the skills, experience and drive to come into our football program and play an important role,” Greaves said.
