Spot will appear in a live stage show at Glen Street Theatre in Belrose later this month, with four performances scheduled across Wednesday 27 May and Thursday 28 May. The production follows Spot and his friends on a trip to visit Spot’s Dad on a farm, where they discover the farm animals are missing and set out to find them. The show is designed for young children, using puppetry, songs and puzzles, and includes moments where the audience can help Spot and his friends as the story unfolds. Patron advice lists the show as recommended for ages 18 months and up, along with accompanying adults. The performance times listed are 12pm and 2pm on Wednesday 27 May, and 10am and 12pm on Thursday 28 May. The running time is approximately 50 minutes with no interval. Spot is produced by CDP Theatre Producers, which has staged children’s productions around Australia including The Gruffalo, The Gruffalo’s Child, Room on the Broom, The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show, Dog Man the Musical and the Treehouse series.
