What the New Facility Will Include The proposed building is designed to function as a shared community hub. It will provide expanded storage areas for the clubs that have long used the Narrabeen Lake foreshore, including the sailing, model boat, and dragon boat groups that form a core part of the lake's recreational culture. A café will be available to both the public and club members, creating a welcoming space for residents who visit the park for leisure. Accessibility has been a central consideration in the design.
