Northern Beaches homeowners weighing up whether to build a duplex can get an initial guide to the planning, design and financial issues at a free masterclass in Brookvale on Thursday 24 September. The session follows planning reforms that allow dual occupancies and semi-detached dwellings in R2 Low Density zones on the Northern Beaches with development consent.
