Two motorcyclists were taken to hospital after separate crashes at North Narrabeen and Forestville on Monday evening and Tuesday morning, with the second collision occurring during heavy traffic on Warringah Road. Both riders were transported to Royal North Shore Hospital in stable conditions.

Emergency services were called to Pittwater Road at North Narrabeen shortly after 7pm on Monday, 27 July, following a collision between a car and a motorcycle. A man in his 30s was riding a black BMW motorcycle south when it collided with a blue 2016 Mercedes A-Class hatchback travelling north and turning into Lake Park Road. The motorcycle had recently been serviced and filled with fuel, and the rider's partner was following him home. She stopped at the scene with other bystanders after the man was left lying on the road. Police, paramedics and firefighters attended. Although the collision occurred at low to moderate speed, the impact tore the motorcycle's fuel tank from the bike and caused fuel to leak onto the road.
