An experienced community leader and small business owner, Mr. Gencher is a familiar face in the region, having previously served as a Pittwater Ward Councillor on the Northern Beaches Council. Currently the Executive Director of StandWithUs Australia, an international education organisation, Mr. Gencher’s professional background is complemented by deep roots in the local community. He is an active Mona Vale Surf Lifesaver and has held long-term roles with Neighbourhood Watch, Rotary, and the Rural Fire Service (RFS).
